ORDER & DELIVERY
Ordering goods with SIA BRT is quite easy and convenient! Being a wholesaler we also serve retail customers directly. You can either visit our Central warehouse (Kengaraga 4 Str., Riga, Latvia) or contact in any convenient way: by phone, by fax, by e-mail or via Skype! Tell us that you're looking for and we will do our bests to help you. If necessary, we will organize delivery of your order straight to your home or office.
Our website isn't equipped with a complicated automatic ordering system, since we are sure that specifics of our goods demand individual service. Before placing an order, it is always possible to consult with our employee in order to get a professional technical advice and to choose products that by their properties, dimensions and tech data are the most suitable for your particular demands & conditions. As a rule, we will be able to offer you several alternative options. The final choice is always up to you.
HOW TO LEARN WHETHER NECESSARY GOODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Most of our standard products are normally immediately available from stock. To learn about availability of necessary goods in our warehouse and/or order conditions, please call us or contact by e-mail:
FORMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT.
We accept bank transfers (T/T) in LVL, EUR, USD, LTL, RUB. Contact us to arrange for a wire transfer. We will send you a proforma invoice. Our bank details will be listed on the proforma. The total amount of money your bank transfers to our bank account must be net of any fees charged by your bank. You may call, fax or email us to request a wire transfer. You'll receive the original of the proforma, commercial invoice and CMR copies among with the goods.
You can also pay by cash (Latvian Lats [LVL] only) or by a major credit or debit card - at our Central office in Riga.
We plan to begin accepting PayPal payments in near future.
As a rule, all our standard groups of goods are always available from our Central warehouse in Riga. If you want to order any specific goods that aren't normally in our stock, partial advanced payment might be required as a guarantee (20-50% of the total goods' cost). DELIVERY TIME IN CASE THE GOODS AREN'T AVAILABLE FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN RIGA.
Delivery can take from 1-2 days to several weeks and even months - depending on volumes of the order, our production capabilities, schedules of deliveries, logistics, etc.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY OF GOODS:
The goods will be appropriately packed, installed on pallets (if necessary) and loaded to your transport. In special cases we can consider possibility of collecting goods in a time off. If the goods are available from stock, order delivery on the territory of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is normally carried out within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to other European countries may take longer. This service is provided by our logistic partners. Expenses for delivery are calculated by the prices of a transport company, taking into account our partners discounts.
The cost of delivery depends on a method of shipment, distance, dimensions and freight weight. Each case of delivery (the cost and receiving time) will be coordinated with a customer individually. We can also ship your order in a package by the Latvian Postal Service
Generally, we can offer a range of delivery and pickup options, so you can choose the shipping method that best meets your needs and and as affordable as possible.
